Biography
Valerie Edwards focuses her practice on the representation of commercial business clients, including developers and general contractors, in litigated and non-litigated matters, including construction defect claims, construction accident claims, premises liability claims, and bodily injury claims. Ms. Edwards also represents attorneys, health care providers, real estate agents and brokers, insurance agents and brokers, and financial services professionals in professional liability claims.
Ms. Edwards has been a CLM Alliance member since 2011. She obtained the Certified Litigation Management Professional designation in 2013. She is a member of the Products Liability committee. Ms. Edwards is also a certified CLM instructor and a faculty member of the Claims College. She is licensed to practice in Florida and Arizona.
When she is not working, Valerie enjoys boating and golfing.
