Biography
Larry is the Executive Director of the Intergovernmental Risk Management Agency (IRMA), a municipal risk pool of 70 municipalities and special districts in northeastern Illinois. IRMA was one of the first municipal risk pools when it began operations in 1979. IRMA’s members rely on IRMA for coverage and risk management of all property and casualty exposures, including auto, property, general liability, and workers’ compensation. Larry has an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and a graduate degree from the University of Chicago and has earned his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Certified Litigation Management Professional designations.
