All courses offer live, interactive, and instructor-led sessions taught by the industry's most experienced claims leaders. Each course is conducted in person, and you can find an overview of the schedule for each school below. Detailed schedules will be provided at check-in.

LEVEL ONE SCHEDULE - IN PERSON Prior to the start of this course, students will complete the Insurance Primer, an overview of the insurance industry. Level One courses are taught in person, but examinations are administered virtually during a two-week window following the conclusion of the course. Students should plan departures after 7:00 pm on August 18. |
