  • Annual Conference

    Held each spring, the CLM Annual Conference features more than 80 collaborative educational sessions and keynote presentations designed by industry professionals to help attendees gain the knowledge they need to be on the forefront of the industry. Attendance at the Annual Conference is limited to 1,800 individuals and is balanced among CLM Members and Fellows.

    The 2021 CLM Annual Conference will be held in Atlanta from August 11-13. Registration opens on January 13, 2021, at noon Eastern.

  • Conferences

    The CLM holds conferences throughout the year that focus on either a specific subject matter or address a variety of topics. These include our Construction Claims Conference and events like CLM Focus New York that focus on a variety of topics.

  • Chapter Events

    Local networking and educational events are held around the country each year. These events are provided at no cost to the attendees and offer a combination of an educational session and a networking event.

  • Training Sessions

    The CLM has developed more than 30 hands-on training sessions all approved for adjuster CE credits. There is no cost to host or attend any of these sessions. The CLM provides the content and the instructors.

  • Claims College

    Created for industry professionals, by industry professionals, the CLM Claims College educates claims professionals so they can do their current jobs better and gain the knowledge they need to advance their careers. Professionals can choose from studies in several speciality schools. Students who successfully complete all three levels of a school earn their CCP (Certified Claims Professional) designation. Level 1 of all three-level schools will be offered virtually. Levels 2 and 3 and all one-level schools will be held in person.

  • Litigation Management Institute

    Hosted at Loyola Law School in Chicago, the Litigation Management Institute (LMI) is the first certification program specifically designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the business of litigation. Students who successfully complete the LMI earn their CLMP (Certified Litigation Management Professional) designation.

  • Calendar
