ATTIREWhat is the attire for the conference?
The attire for the Annual Conference is business casual.
What is the attire for dinners?
The attire for the both dinners is business casual; however, if you’d like to dress according to theme, feel free to do so. The Welcome Dinner and Tailgate Party will be at the Glass Cactus and the Awards Dinner and Reception will be inside the hotel.
CE/CLEHow are CE/CLE credits issued?
CLM will report your CE/CLE credits (where applicable). Please make sure all your licenses are entered in your CLM profile. If you have further questions regarding CE/CLE, please email Melissa.Rivera.
EVENT CHANGES/CANCELLATIONSIf I am unable to attend the conference, will a refund be issued?
All conference registration cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail to Mechelle.Telford. Please include the reason for your cancellation. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER FEBRUARY 14, 2020; however, substitutions are permitted until March 11, 2020.
If I am unable to attend the conference, can I send someone in my place?
All conference registration changes must be received in writing via e-mail to Mechelle.Telford. Please include the reason for your change. Substitutions (to someone within same company) are permitted until March 11, 2020.
Are optional events (dinners, golf, tennis, guest events, and social events) refundable?
Refunds for optional events will not be issued after February 14, 2020; however, substitutions (to someone within same company) are permitted until March 11, 2020.

How can I add my guest to dinner?
The cost for each dinner is $100. To add your guest to a dinner, please email Shabynka.Nealy.
HOTELIs hotel cost included in the registration fee?
The cost of the hotel is NOT included in your registration fee. If you made a hotel reservation through the CLM, a credit card will need to be presented upon check-in.
How do I cancel/change my hotel reservation?
To change or cancel your hotel reservation, please email Mechelle.Telford. Cancellations must be completed at least 72 hours in advance of your arrival date. If you neglect to notify us, your credit card will be charged for 1 room night.
Will Wi-Fi be available at the conference hotel?
Wi-Fi will be available in the guest rooms as well as the Conference Center.
Are there parking fees at the Gaylord Texan Resort?
On-site parking, fee: $17 hourly, $22 daily (in/out privileges). Valet parking, fee: $42 daily.
Where do I check in upon arrival to the conference?
Upon arrival, you must register at the CLM Desk (Convention Center - Texas Prefunction). There, you will receive your itinerary and other pertinent information.
MATERIALSWhere can I view the conference attendance list?
The attendance list will be posted on the CLM Annual Conference website one month prior to event.
Will conference materials be available online?
All conference materials will be available in the CLM Annual Conference App. Some materials, such as the session handouts and schedule will also available on the CLM Annual Conference website. 2020 CLM Annual
What electronic devices are compatible with the CLM app?
IPhone, iPad, Kindle Fire and Android phones and tablets
TRANSPORTATIONIs transportation provided from the local airport to the hotel?
CLM does not provide transportation to/from hotel.
How far away is the conference hotel from the Airports?
Gaylord Texan Resort is approximately 6 miles from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).
PRIVATE EVENTSCan I host a private gathering for my clients during the Annual Conference?
The CLM Inclusion Policy states that no private events may be hosted during Annual Conference hours. We enacted this policy to foster the development of relationships and exchange of ideas among all attendees. You may not host a private event during the conference hours of:
- March 18, 5 to 10 pm
- March 19, 7:30 am to 9:00 pm
- March 20, 8 am to 11:40 am
Please do not host or accept any invitations to private gatherings during these times. Notify Anne.Blume if you have any questions or concerns.
