Course Descriptions
Level 1 focuses on five main areas: coverage, disposition, evaluation, investigation, and litigation management and control.
Levels 2 and 3 will concentration on more advance topics such as reservation of rights and disclaimer letters and complex litigated claims involving multiple defendants.
Students who successfully complete all three levels will receive the Certified Casualty Claims Management Professional (CCCMP) designation.
