You Be the Judge: Blending Art and Science for Better Claims Evaluations.
Course Objective: To educate claims, risk management, and legal professionals on approaches and methodologies
that can be used to improve claims evaluation. In particular, attendees will learn, among other things: how to
assess the value of a claim at various stages of the litigation process; the weight or importance to be given to
certain metrics depending on the circumstances; use of objective data in combination with experience; and,
handling subjectivity in the evaluation process.
