This presentation focuses on all aspects of a strong defense against construction defect claims. The presentation will examine defense beginning in the claims stage and proceeding into suit. It will also include discussion of both coverage and liability. After the presentation, everyone is invited to Miller Park to enjoy a Brewer game from the comforts of the Dew Deck. A ticket to the game and Miller Park food and drink are included with registration for this event.
