This educational event will be a roundtable discussion on claims handling “worst practices” that can lead to disputes. The discussion will be moderated by a member of the Bermuda CLM Executive Committee and the speakers on the roundtable will be a claims professional from a Bermuda company, a Bermuda-based broker, a New York coverage attorney and a Bermuda attorney with insurance arbitration experience. A cocktail reception will follow.
