Uncovering Evidence: Analyzing Medical and Billing Records Related to Causation and Credibility is a continuing education course designed to enhance the professional competence of insurance professionals, claims handlers, adjusters, attorneys, and related licensees. This session provides a structured, evidence-based approach to evaluating medical and billing records in personal injury claims.
Participants will gain insight into how medical documentation and billing data serve as critical evidence in assessing coverage applicability, liability, causation, damages, claim valuation, and credibility. The course also explores how incomplete or biased record review can significantly impact claim outcomes, reserve accuracy, negotiation strategies, litigation exposure, and fraud detection.
