Course Objective:

The presentation will provide attendees with an understanding of issues specific to slip-and-fall and trip-and-fall cases, including defense strategies and potential added value of experts.   Unfortunately, slip-and-fall and trip-and-fall claims are very common, and some result in very significant injury claims. While many of these claims are relatively simple and minor, others can get complex, and experts can be helpful in defending them. This program will help attendees intelligently consider when to retain an expert in a slip-and-fall or trip-and-fall case.

Following the presentation, enjoy time to network with fellow CLM members, vendors and legal industry professionals while playing Topgolf in a relaxed, informal setting.
