CODE OF CONDUCT

employees, attendees, and their guests to uphold these values by speaking kindly, respecting
differences, acting professionally, and promoting collaboration. We will not tolerate hostile,
harassing, discriminatory, intimidating, or bullying conduct and will remove anyone found behaving
in this manner. If you encounter a concerning situation, please contact a CLM staff member onsite or help@theclm.org.
 
CE/CLE

• CE credit is earned by attending the entire duration of the event. Partial credit cannot be issued. Hours will be reported to the states where you are licensed as identified in your CLM profile. To receive credit, attendees and speakers must scan in and scan out of each session.
• CLE credit is issued for each session attended. Hours will be reported to the states where you are licensed as identified in your CLM profile. To receive credit, attendees and speakers must scan in and scan out of each session.

EVENT CANCELLATION
CLM reserves the right to cancel this event due to unforeseen circumstances. In case of conference
cancellation, CLM liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only. CLM reserves the right
to alter this program without prior notice.

TARGETED COMMUNICATIONS
You understand and agree that you may receive targeted communications from the event sponsors
regarding special event promotions and invitations, or product information.
