Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
The mission of the ADR Community is to identify ADR issues of interest to CLM fellows and members; make information about best practices available to the CLM membership; create a forum for "thought leaders" to share their ideas and experiences; track industry developments; educate and encourage integration of ADR into litigation management practices; work with other CLM Committees to educate constituents and the insurance community about the benefits of ADR and current policy issues of interest; and, publish articles and create programs dealing with important ADR topics.
