Subrogation
The mission of the Subrogation Community is to offer a strong platform of educational programs for CLM Fellows and Members from corporations, insurance companies, law firms and service providers. For the subrogation professional, the Community will compile and disseminate “best practices” for pursuing subrogation recoveries. The Community will also endeavor to document trends and developments in the investigation of property losses. For liability and corporate claims professionals, the Community will provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and experiences in defense of subrogation claims.
