The School of Leadership provides a comprehensive review of leadership theories and styles as well as practical information for leadership development. Students will learn about the roles of claims leaders, leadership challenges, leading claims staff to success and leading across the enterprise.
The School of Leadership is a one-level program. Upon successful completion of this program, graduates will earn a Certificate in Leadership.
For students who do not hold the Certified Claims Professional (CCP) designation, the School of Leadership is required in order to earn the Advanced Claims Professional (ACP) designation.
