Can I Get Fired for This? Employees and Social Media
Join the CLM Northern New Jersey Chapter for a continuing education, networking and fundraising event to benefit a local food bank. The educational event entitled “Can I Get Fired For This?” will address employment and social media claims. Today’s workplace claims are changing from workplace violence to internet posts. This hour long seminar will address the types of new claims, an overview of the law and claim handling. Afterwards, the networking event will provide opportunities for interaction among Chapter members while enjoying specialty beer and pub food. There is no cost to attend this event. However, as our event is raising funds for a local food pantry so an optional donation of $10 per attendee would be appreciated.
