Issues in Construction Defect Claims
This course will cover the following topics that will benefit all insurance personnel.  The nature of construction defect claims, the basic coverage issues including whether such claims constitute an “occurrence” for purposes of liability insurance, the trigger of coverage for such claims (both defense and indemnity), and, exclusions in a liability policy that may limit coverage for construction defect claims.
