This seminar will provide education regarding when IMEs are available, procedural requirements for IMEs, motion practice, trial issues, emerging trends, and pending legislative changes. The goal of the seminar is to enable those attending to be efficient and effective in dealing with IME-related issues that arise during the course of a case or claim.
