As Chief Culture Officer for Chubb, Ivy Kusinga is responsible for overseeing the culture integration between the two legacy companies by ensuring the clarity and consistency of Chubb’s culture and providing coherence and alignment for the new Chubb. Since 2000, she has held various roles in human resources, training and development with the former ACE Group. Ivy will share her experiences and expertise in talent development, learning strategies, and corporate culture.

Nagin Cox, Mission Lead, NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory
Nagin Cox decided she wanted to work for NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory when she was just 14 years old. Today, she’s living her dream as one of the Mission Leads on the Curiosity Flight Team where she essentially drives the Mars rover Curiosity around Mars via remote control. She’s also developing an oxygenator that she hopes to send to Mars in 2020. Nagin will share her incredible life story, and the hard work and determination she had to make her career dreams come true.
