Back to topPresentation 2 - Defining Ethical Behavior for the Insurance Industry
How do you define ethical behavior? Is it something you are born with, taught, or that you developed as a natural part of our maturation process? Is it the same for everyone? This session will challenge its attendees to examine their own ethical behavior, motivations for choosing to act in an ethical manner, and the rewards for this choice. We will examine a case study and make recommendations for “doing the right thing” and we will develop a personal ethical statement based on individually ranked focus points.
