How is it December already? I can’t believe it’s been four months since I started this exciting new chapter of my life with CLM. Since then, I’ve been asked numerous times how I’m settling into my new role. My response is always the same: I am so humbled and honored to work with such amazing people!

The CLM community is a team. And teams are only as good as the people who power them…so that makes Team CLM extraordinary because we are powered by over 50,000 passionate and talented people, including you.

YOU power the CLM. Without you, our vibrant community wouldn’t exist.

YOU ignite ideas and help each other grow by sharing your passion and expertise.

YOU drive our journey.

As 2021 draws to a close and I reflect on this past year, I want to take this opportunity to share my gratitude. Thank you for being a member of Team CLM, whether this is your first year or your 14th. Thank you for inspiring the CLM staff. You make it a pleasure to come to work each day, and we appreciate you.

I would also like to thank our incredible volunteers who give their time to run our local chapters, create content, speak at events, and chair committees and communities. Together, we accomplished so much this year, from launching new programs to the return of in-person events. Thank you for all that you do.

Looking ahead, I am very excited about our 2022 plans as we mark our 15th year with new programs, energized events, and more. Stay tuned for more information early next year. Until then, from the entire CLM staff to you and your family—best wishes for a happy, healthy holiday season, and a stellar 2022!

All the best –

P.S. Remember, registration for 2022 Annual Conference in Palm Desert, Calif., opens on Dec. 8. We have cutting-edge content and an exciting lineup of speakers, including two inspiring keynotes: Mark Schulman and Kaplan Mobrey. And, of course, you won’t want to miss the parties! Hint: When in Coachella Valley….
