Preparing for Launch

The CLM’s seventh edition of its Litigation Management Study will launch in November 2025. This comprehensive examination of property and casualty litigation management practices will survey more than 100 claims organizations to chart emerging trends and explore how litigation executives are responding to growing industry threats.

The study will be conducted by Suite 200 Solutions and follows on the CLM’s prior Litigation Management Studies of 2023, 2019, 2015, and 2012. These initiatives surface common challenges and identify strategic solutions, with a focus on promoting and elevating industry practices.

An impressive Steering Committee of more than 30 senior claims and litigation officers will help to guide this year’s questions. Data collection for the 2026 study will commence in November 2025, and findings will be released at the 2026 CLM Annual Conference in March at Disney World.
