A Fond Farewell

In the new year, the inaugural issue of CLM magazine marks the end of an era.

This month’s issue marks the end of an era, and I couldn’t be more excited about it. Beginning in January, this publication and CLM’s quarterly Litigation Management magazine are merging to create one flagship publication entitled, appropriately enough, CLM Magazine. It’s exciting news for CLM members and fellows, and one that, quite frankly, we’ve discussed internally for some time.

What can you expect in the inaugural January 2017 issue of CLM Magazine? There will be a bit of old mingling with the new, as departments like Exposure, Around the Nation, and Between the Lines will continue onward (with significant refreshes, of course). We’re introducing new departments, as well, which will provide greater insights and access to CLM events and web seminars. Some content areas, like Taylor Smith’s excellent back page interview series “In the C Suite” will change so drastically in appearance and layout that it will look like something completely new, but Smith’s insightful line of questioning will remain. You’ll also be hearing from CLM CEO Adam Potter on a regular basis, who will keep you informed on our association’s happenings.

One thing that isn’t changing is our dedication to editorial excellence. We will continue to advance boundaries to ensure that you get the practical knowledge you need to succeed and stay informed. We can’t wait for you to see the results of our nearly year-long effort.

See you all in January 2017!
